Free Shipping

Pearl Amor offers free shipping via UPS Ground on all purchases. Your order will be shipped fully insured and will arrive within 4 to 5 business days. All packages require a signature upon delivery. A reminder to please inspect packages carefully for damage or tampering before signing for receipt.

To ensure the secure delivery of your order, Pearl Amor does not ship orders to P.O. Boxes.

Expedited Delivery

You also have the option of having your pearl jewelry shipped via UPS Next Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. The Charges that apply for these shipping methods will be automatically calculated and applied at checkout.

If you need Saturday Delivery, Pearl Amor will send your package via FedEx Overnight for a flat shipping charge of $35.00. Delivery time is between 12:00-4:30pm. You can choose this method of shipping at checkout.

Shipping FAQ’s

When will my order ship?
All in stock items are shipped the same business day if your order is placed before 1:00 pm PST Monday – Friday. If you place your order after 1:00 pm, on a holiday, or weekend, your order will be processed and shipped the next business day.

What happens if my item is out of stock?
We will contact you immediately via email or telephone to discuss your options. Our goal is to provide you with excellent service and will make every effort to meet your needs.

Can you ship to an international address?
Currently Pearl Amor does not take international orders.

How can you help me keep my gift a secret?
We are able to ship your purchase to an address other than your home. You will have this option of entering this information during checkout. However, for your protection, we require the shipment address to be on file with your credit card company. For any additional assistance please call our toll free number. If shipping to your office, please include your company name.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes, Pearl Amor will send you an automated shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your package has been sent.
