Will I be charged sales tax?
Currently, sales tax is only collected on orders shipped to addresses in California at a rate of 8.25%.

Will Pearl Amor create a custom pearl jewelry piece for me?
At this time, we do not alter our jewelry. However, we can combine different settings and pearls to create a unique pendant or earring. Pearl necklace and bracelet strand lengths can also be easily customized to fit your needs.

What payment methods do you accept?
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards: Discover, American Express, Diner's Club, MasterCard, and Visa.

Am I liable for my jewelry while it is being shipped?
Rest assured, we fully insure your order all the way to you. For added security, it is our policy that a signature is required for all orders.

Can you help me keep my gift a surprise?
Pearl Amor is extremely flexible in meeting your needs to keep your gift a surprise. We can ship your order to a different address other than your home. As a security precaution we require that your alternate shipping address be on file with your credit card company.
